Totenham’s preparations for their mouthwatering Champions League clash with Manchester City continued on Monday as they trained ahead of Tuesday’s quarter-final first leg.
Key personnel Harry Kane, Dele Alli and Christian Eriksen were all present during the session as Mauricio Pochettino put his side through their paces.
Serge Aurier, Eric Dier and Erik Lamela did not take part in full training though.

Aurier has been missing since the international break with a hamstring injury and was absent, while Dier (hip) and Lamela (hamstring) trained separately.
That suggests the latter two will not be involved against City on, when Spurs play at their new stadium for just the second time.
Tuesday’s match will be Spurs’ first European fixture at their new Tottenham Hotspur Stadium – having finally moved into the venue last week.
And speaking ahead of that game, Alli believes the club’s fans will help spur them on in the first leg.
‘It’s a big game, a tough game but I’m excited and I think all the players are excited as well,’ he said.
Son Heung-min will be hoping to fire Tottenham to a first-leg advantage on Tuesday night
‘We know how good City are and it will be difficult but we have to be confident, go out there and play our own game. The fans will be right behind us, the 12th man.
‘The new stadium already feels like home. We feel comfortable and it’s an amazing stadium, so that can only help us.’
Spurs midfielder Harry Winks echoed his team-mates sentiments on their new surroundings already feeling familiar.
‘It’s going to be another fantastic spectacle. It’s going to an amazing night and hopefully we can come away with a positive result,’ he said.
‘We’re going into it more than confident with the squad we have and the backing from the fans here, on the back of a win as well. It’s already starting to feel like home. I can imagine for the opposition it could be quite daunting. For us, it spurs us on, gets us going. You go to another level just through pure adrenaline.’
Tuesday’s match will be the first of three games between the two sides in just 11 days.
The second leg will then be played at the Etihad a week later to determine who will proceed into the semi-finals of Europe’s elite club competition.
Once the second leg has been played on April 17, Pochettino’s men will then show their top-four credentials three days later when they travel to the Etihad again for their Premier League encounter with City.
