After hiking for around 20 minutes through tropical rainforest, you will find this unique spot, which visitors are calling it a ‘must’ while in Brazil.

J Pedro, from Cambridgeshire, wrote: ‘I really enjoyed it and went three times. This starts with a hike (that took me a bit to find where it started). The hike itself is really beautiful.
‘You go through the rainforest for around 20/30 minutes until you reach a small waterfall. This is really nice to cool down in before going up to the rock. You walk up after 1 minute and you see several rocks.
‘The rock that you go under is between two big rocks, where the water is falling down between. You can see a hole there slightly.
‘Put your arms straight up and legs straight down and let the current take you under the rock. ts really easy, but I did scratch my back slightly. Under the rock it really is beautiful as well.’
Agatha S, from Colorado, wrote: ‘It’s definitely worth it. This huge rock that seems to literally swallow you (as the name of it says in Portuguese) but it takes you to a little pool underneath of it. It might seem a little scary at first, but it’s fun, guaranteed.’

‘The trail is okay but the real fun is the rock formations. There is a mini cave behind the waterfall. A rock that swallows, that’s what the locals call it, you go in one end and the water spits you out another. A very smooth slope which you can use as a slide.
‘The water is fresh, clean and “refreshing”.’
