TOWIE’s Amy Childs shows off her dramatic two stone weight loss in a glamorous swimsuit snap after ‘struggling to slim down’ following the birth of her twins

Amy Childs showed off her dramatic two stone weight loss as she shared a glamorous Instagram snap on Friday.

The TOWIE alum, 34, looked incredible in a black swimsuit as she confidently struck a pose for a mirror selfie, admitting ‘it’s the best she’s ever felt’.

Mother-of-four Amy said she struggled to slim down and get back to her pre-baby weight following the birth of her twins Milly and Billy, 17 months.

Amy also shares daughter Polly, seven, with builder Bradley Wright, and Ritchie, five, with her ex of the same name.

She captioned her post: ‘Feeling proud. Nearly 2 stone down and WOW I feel the best I have ever felt since having the twins!!

‘I really struggled with losing weight after the babies, I was in a complete baby bubble, no energy, and the last thing I wanted to do was “diet”

’10 months ago I decided to follow a meal plan @freya.potentiacoaching and train up to 3 times a week with MY PT! as well as taking up reformer Pilates (which I absolutely love) great for toning.

‘I still very much enjoy weekends with a few glasses of Prosecco or a bottle BUT this is basically a post to say if you was in the same boat as me 9months ago struggling to lose your weight! 

‘Then if I can do it you 1000 percent can do it too! It’s not a quick fix and it’s taken me months but I’m starting to feel good in my self again!

‘I never thought I would feel confident uploading pictures of me especially in swimwear still a lot of toning up to do, but I have too remember that I have had 4 children so I should be very proud how far I’ve come ♥️

‘PS just realised still have moisturiser on my leg!!’

The reality star rose to fame on the first series of the ITVBe reality show in 2010 and stayed until 2012 but returned almost a decade later in 2020. 

Amy and Billy have been an item since October 2021, two months after Amy split from her ex-boyfriend Tim following 14 months together.

The reality star rose to fame on the first series of the ITVBe reality show in 2010 and stayed until 2012 but returned almost a decade later in 2020 (Amy pictured in 2010)

Billy then popped the question to Amy in April 2023 with a huge diamond ring, with twins wearing baby-grows asking: ‘Mummy will you marry my Daddy?’ 

Amy previously spoke about how she wanted to marry Billy, who owns a flooring business and gym in Brentwood, Essex. He previously starred on First Dates.

‘I’ve never been engaged and I’m putting the pressure on him now. We’re going in the right direction,’ she told MailOnline.

He later joined the cast of TOWIE which was a big step for Amy, who hasn’t had a partner on the show since she dated former co-star Kirk Norcross, 34, when she was 19.
