She donned a tiny khaki bikini and huge red boxing gloves as she threw a series of well-executed moves to her trainer.
Ferne is currently on a trip to the South of France and joked that she was ‘kickig away’ all the food and drink she had enjoyed on her trip.

She included sweet moments of Sunday with her baby sister, as well as her mum Gill, who fans know well from Ferne’s reality series First Time Mum.
