Tracee Ellis Ross is spotted heading home to enjoy her Easter Sunday after a workout session

Tracee Ellis Ross was spotted leaving her gym in Los Angeles on Easter Sunday.

The 50-year-old daughter of Grammy winner Diana Ross wore blue leggings and a white sleeveless T-shirt with a black sweatshirt tied around her waist.

The Girlfriends star pulled her hair back in a high bun and showed off her naturally flawless complexion makeup free.

The Black-ish alum carried a green water bottle and wore a black bag over her arm as she walked across the parking lot.

On Tuesday, the actress flaunted the results of her workout sessions in a carousel of sultry snaps on her Instagram account.

Ross showed off her fit physique in a simple one-piece ribbed suit as she laid back in a pool chair with her arm over her face blocking the sun.

She sported oversized glasses in the moody black-and-white shots as she relaxed with her arms behind her head while soaking up the sun.

In January, Tracee appeared on the Today Show to discuss her haircare line and how she felt about turning 50.

The actress-turned-entrepreneur launched her line of hair-care products for curly hair in 2019 called Pattern Beauty after years of struggling to find the right way to style and use heat on her hair.

The collection of shampoos is a curly-friendly line complete with conditioners, gels, creams, tools, and more.

On the website, she wrote: ‘This has been 20 years of dreaming, 10 years in the making (I wrote my first brand pitch in 2008 right after Girlfriends), 2 years of working with chemists, and 74 samples later.’

The actress then said: ‘This is a brand that brings together all the pieces that I’ve been looking for: the line of hair care and styling tools that I wish had always existed.’

The conversation then turned to the events of this ‘season’ of her life after turning 50 and the success of her acting career.

‘This feels like a wonderful new chapter. A lot of it was brewing, and the seeds had been planted during my pre-50 years, during my time on Black-ish. Obviously, Pattern is now we’re three years old.’

She continued: ‘But for me, it’s really about exploring who I am, and I couldn’t be happier.’

Tracee talked about her new series on Hulu titled Hair Tales, a docu-series about Black women and their humanity told through the metaphor of their hair.

‘We interviewed a notable person in every episode, but we were surrounded by academics, scholars, and people in the salon really talking about the beauty, the celebration, and the joy of who we are,’ Tracee said about the show.

Tracee is known for her critically acclaimed TV roles on the shows Black-ish, Girlfriends, and CSI.

Since 2014, Ross has played the starring role of Dr. Rainbow Johnson in the ABC comedy series Black-ish, a show that follows an upper-middle-class black family as they juggle several personal and sociopolitical issues.

Her work on the series has earned her three NAACP Image Awards and a Golden Globe Award for Best Actress in a Television Series Musical or Comedy.
