A young Qantas pilot has died ‘suddenly and unexpectedly’ leaving his family devastated.
QantasLink pilot Harrison Edward Allchin, 30, died while on the Gold Coast on October 13.
The 30-year-old had been working for the regional airline as a first officer since 2018.
His sister, Brittany shared a heart-wrenching tribute on Facebook to her ‘super human’ who she saw in Sydney just one week before his death.
‘My little bro, how do we go on without you!’ she wrote.
‘The pain in our hearts is unbearable. Our best mate, who we were completely and utterly blessed with in this life to be chosen as our brother.’
‘The awesome foursome will never be the same, our lives have changed forever. You should be here with us, walking alongside us – making us laugh like you always would you funny b*****d!
‘It feels so surreal and strange to be writing this but I just have so much I want to say and I want everyone to know how much of a super human you were Hazza.
