Tiffiny Hall is a mother to son, Arnold, a full-time personal trainer and owner of a workout empire.
But that doesn’t mean she’s spending long hours slogging it out at the gym or sitting behind a desk.
While some of her moments do include lengthy meetings, for the most part she is sneaking in active minutes as she goes and going about her day just like everybody else.
The 33-year-old, who is married to comedian Ed Kavalee, starts her day with a ‘Cocobuzz’ smoothie, which is filled with protein to help her last the entire day.

She’ll follow that with a home workout ‘from the comfort of her lounge room’ and on days she won’t make it to the gym. Her son is apparently an excellent ‘cheerleader’.

‘Today’s “me minutes” are brought to you by smoothie number two of the day thanks to Mr Ed Cafe in Flemington (gee I wonder why I liked the name of this cafe!),’ she said.
‘It’s important every day to take some time out just for you, it doesn’t need to be a huge commitment but something just for you.

‘Doesn’t matter if it’s painting your nails or taking time out for a five minute dance break. As long as it’s time for you there is no wrong way of doing it.’
On colder weather days she’ll spend the evening whipping up a zucchini slice and on Sunday’s it’s meal prepping for the week ahead.

Finally, her favourite part of the day is spending time with her son and reading bedtime stories

‘It’s even better when Ed comes in and helps me with voices,’ the Melbourne-local explained.
‘This week we love Dr Seuss, I can’t wait for him to be Harry Potter age ready (that’s now yeah?!).’
