Trans woman says she wants to have uterus transplanted into her body just so she can have an abortion in resurfaced clip that’s causing outrage

A transgender woman has claimed she wants to have a uterus transplant just so she can have an abortion in a resurfaced video that is being widely-shared online.

In the clip, the unidentified trans woman says she wants to be the first to have an uterus transplant – ‘ovaries and eggs included.’

‘And I want to be the first trans woman to have an abortion,’ she adds.

DailyMail.com has been unable to confirm the identity of the transgender woman filmed speaking and how serious she is about carrying out her plan. Her extreme statement has prompted some viewers to question whether she was joking.

‘I will let a doctor cut the organs out of a willing, healthy, trans-masculine donor, place them in my body, I will devote myself heart and soul to their after-care.

‘I will have as much gay sex as it takes with as many trans women as it takes and let the transphobes and homophones scratch their heads wondering what to make of it and I want to be the first trans woman to have an abortion.’

The clip was first featured on the Megyn Kelly show in 2023 but went viral again over the weekend and triggered thousands of new comments.

‘This man wants to conceive a child with the goal of killing that innocent child,’ said one X user.

Another person said: ‘This is truly demonic. Nothing else could explain why someone would want this. Absolutely nothing.’

A third added: ‘I can’t figure what’s more evil, this person or the medical professionals willing to perform the work to make this possible.’

Uterus transplants have been successfully carried out in biological women and in May 2023 an Alabama woman called Mallory gave birth to a healthy baby boy after receiving a womb transplant.

The process is far more complicated for transgender woman and there are not yet any plans to attempt such a procedure.

A recent study by University of Michigan researchers found there were 1,907 births among people who were born biological female but who identified as men between 2014 and 2018, the equivalent of nearly 500 a year.

Of the total, 256 trans men were insured under Medicaid – a government program that provides health insurance to people with limited income, which is funded by Americans.

Becoming pregnant as a trans man is possible if the person still has their female reproductive organs.

And while the hormone therapy transmen take to transition will block the person from having a menstrual cycle, it is not a form of birth control.

The hormones do not prevent pregnancy and trans men are able to conceive and carry a pregnancy to term.

Pregnancy options remain the same as cisgender women, including sexual intercourse with a partner with a penis or through fertility assistance like in vitro fertilization.

There is currently no official data on how many transgender men give birth in the US each year but experts believe the numbers are likely higher than many would expect.

Data estimates there are 1.4 million adults in the country identifying as transgender.

And recent data has shown rates of gender dysphoria have soared in nearly every state from 2018.

A report by the health data analytics firm Definitive Healthcare shows the rate of gender dysphoria increased in every state except South Dakota from 2018 to 2022.

Regarding transmen and pregnancy, a 2019 study from Rutgers University found there is no data on how many transgender men give birth each year because medical systems track them as female.

And while data is limited, the study found 64 percent had vaginal births and 25 percent requested C-section delivery.

Rutgers researchers also estimated ‘unintended pregnancies occur in up to 30 percent of transgender men.’
