TRANSFER GOSSIP COLUMN: Chelsea lower their asking price for Armando Broja amid Fulham interest, former Man United target is heading to Germany and Brighton could offload midfield flop

The January transfer window will slam shut at 11pm tonight, with clubs still hoping to get deals done before the fast-approaching deadline.

This winter window has been characterised by a distinct lack of big moves this summer, with clubs looking to rein in their spending to comply with the Premier League’s profit and sustainability regulations.
