Barker — who recently opened up about his health — and Kardashian looked very much in love in the black-and-white photos as well as other photographed moments from the shower.
In one frame taken outdoors, a jumpsuit-clad Kardashian is seen holding the sides of Barker’s lips as he clutched the underside of her right thigh.
Barker was seated in a comfy chair under a sun shade in a skeleton hoodie and matching pants.
