The actress, 33, wore a stylish outfit her titular character Emily would approve of, looking sensational as she flashed her washboard abs in a chic cut-out beige dress.
Lily joined the star-studded cast and her husband Charlie McDowell, 39, on the red carpet at the premiere, which was held at the Théâtre des Champs-Elysées in Paris.
