Trevor Bauer accuser is seen smiling alongside the pitcher in bed after ‘attack’ in new video

Smiling shyly at the camera and panning to a sleeping Trevor Bauer: This is the woman who accused the LA Dodgers pitcher of sexual assault seen in his bed the morning after the second alleged attack.

Lindsey Hill, 29, claimed the encounter left her battered and bruised when she sued for a domestic violence restraining order in June 2021.

In her application, she said Bauer had punched her in the face during sex leaving her with a split lip and had also left her face scored with ‘scabbed’ fingernail scratches ‘that covered my entire cheek and chin’.

But the new video appears to throw doubt on her claims – with Hill appearing unhurt and smiling in the clip.

New video has emerged showing a smiling Lindsey Hill alongside LA Dodgers pitcher Trevor Bauer as he sleeps in bed, the morning after she claims he allegedly assaulted her during sex

Hill, 29 - who last year accused the baseball player, 31, of becoming violent during their two sexual encounters in April and May 2021 - can be seen 'smirking and uninjured'

The video, which was shot in the early hours of May 16, 2021, forms part of Bauer’s latest legal filing – a motion to throw out a counterclaim filed by Hill in response to a defamation suit filed by the pitcher, 31, against her and her lawyers in April.

As part of the defamation suit, Bauer’s lawyers subpoenaed material from the Pasadena Police Department which investigated a criminal complaint made by Hill against Bauer in May 2021.

A description of the video – listed as Exhibit D in the new filing – reads: ‘The Pasadena Police Department recently produced a videotape that Ms. Hill took of herself shortly after the May 16, 2021 encounter where she appears to be willingly in bed with a sleeping Mr. Bauer, and is smirking and uninjured.’

The police investigation wrapped up in February with the Los Angeles District Attorney’s office saying in a statement at the time:

‘After a thorough review of all the available evidence, including the civil restraining order proceedings, witness statements and the physical evidence, the People are unable to prove the relevant charges beyond a reasonable doubt.’

Despite that, the MLB announced in April that Bauer would be suspended for 324 games – the equivalent of two full seasons – for violating its domestic violence policy.

In April this year, the MLB announced it had suspended Bauer for two seasons over Hill's allegations against him, despite the pitcher being cleared of wrongdoing by police two months earlier

Hill last year released photos of scratches and bruising on her face and lips (left) she claimed she sustained after her encounters with Bauer. The MLB star is seen leaving an LA court house after a court hearing on his accuser’s restraining order last August

The same month, Bauer launched a defamation case against Hill – accusing her of having ‘fabricated allegations of sexual assault’ in order to create a ‘media blitz’ and ‘extract millions of dollars’ from the situation.

The suit said ‘the damage to Mr. Bauer has been extreme’ following her claims he had choked her into unconsciousness, punched her several times, and sodomized her without her consent.

Hill then countersued alleging sexual battery and reiterating her initial claims about the two nights they spent together at Bauer’s Pasadena home on April 22, 2021 and May 15, 2021.

She also fiercely opposed Bauer’s legal team’s subpoena of Pasadena PD’s records which include the video of them in bed and a string of Instagram messages

Among the messages, previously revealed by DailyMail.com, were texts sent to Bauer by Hill on May 9, 2021 in which she discussed having rough sex with the MLB star.

The exchange began with a discussion of Hill’s pink socks and after which she continued: ‘The pink socks stay ON while cuddling.’

Bauer replied: ‘Yes ma’am. Whatever you want,’ with a kiss emoji. She then responds: ‘Buttttt offff [sic] when it’s time to choke me out. Thx you are the best [wink emoji].’

Hill later goes on to say: ‘Never been more turned on in my life. Gimme all the pain. Rawr [sic].’

One text message exchange shows Hill told Bauer her socks must come off when it's time 'to choke me out' and asked him to give her 'all the pain.' Hill told the LA County Court in August that she did not mean what she said and was just telling Bauer what 'he wanted to hear'

The conversation then becomes increasingly sexual as Bauer asks her to describe what she wants him to do.

She tells Bauer: ‘Mmmm, get a couple of slaps in there and then another handprint on my @$.’

When he suggests ‘slaps in the face,’ she replies: ‘Yes yes & yes’. ‘Mmmm. Do you even know what pain is?’ he asks. Hill then replies with a selfie, adding, ‘Idk. Try me’.

After complaining to police following the second encounter, Hill obtained a temporary restraining order at the end of June 2021.

But the San Diego native was denied a permanent restraining order during a four-day hearing in August 2021 that heard she had joked about her encounters with Bauer in texts to her AA sponsor Lisa Decker – one of which read: ‘Give me $50 million and just slap my cl*t…’

Another saw her tell Decker ‘Hey b***h, pretty soon it’ll be rich b***h’ while a third saw her talk about ‘securing the bag’.

Bauer, who has not played for the LA Dodgers since Hill first made her claims, spoke of his relief outside court after her application for a restraining order was denied.

The ongoing court fight is set to continue with an appearance in Santa Ana, California, on November 21 where a decision on Bauer’s latest motion is expected to be made.
