The woman who accused Dodgers pitcher Trevor Bauer of sexual assault sent him texts after their first sex session saying she had enjoyed being choked, DailyMail.com has learned.
The MLB star, 30, was temporarily suspended from the league last week pending an investigation into claims he punched a woman and strangled her into unconsciousness during two separate trysts.
The allegations emerged last week in an application for a temporary restraining order that was granted in Los Angeles on Friday.
The 27-year-old woman, identified only as ‘Ms. Hill,’ claimed Bauer became violent towards her during two sexual episodes in April and May and punched her so hard, she was left with facial fractures.
Now texts sent to Bauer on May 9 – before the pair’s second sexual encounter – and seen by DailyMail.com, appear to contradict some of the woman’s claims – showing she told him she had enjoyed being choked during the first sex session and asked him to do it again.

Hill claims she had sex with Bauer on two occasions in April and May but that both encounters turned violent and required her to get medical attention. The exchange shows Hill told Bauer her socks must come off when it’s time ‘to choke me out’ and asked for ‘all the pain’
Responding to a comment about her socks, Hill writes: ‘The pink socks stay ON while cuddling,’ to which Bauer replies: ‘Yes ma’am. Whatever you want,’ with a kiss emoji.
She then responds: ‘Buttttt offff [sic] when it’s time to choke me out. Thx you are the best [wink emoji].’
Hill later goes on to say: ‘Never been more turned on in my life. Gimme all the pain. Rawr [sic].’
The conversation then becomes increasingly sexual as Bauer asks her to describe what she wants him to do.
She tells Bauer: ‘Mmmm, get a couple of slaps in there and then another handprint on my @$$.’
When he suggests ‘slaps in the face,’ she replies: ‘Yes yes & yes’.
‘Mmmm. Do you even know what pain is?’ he asks.
Hill then replies with a selfie, adding, ‘Idk. Try me’.

After some flirtatious banter, the pair go on to discuss plans to meet again
In her application for a protective order filed last Tuesday, the woman claimed she had not consented to being beaten to the point of suffering facial fractures and regarded being choked unconscious as assault.
Although the pair continued to communicate after the second alleged assault, she claimed she played along for fear of retribution before deciding to ask for a restraining order to avoid further invitations to his home.
A temporary restraining order was granted by a judge on Thursday requiring Bauer to stay at least 100ft away from the woman and her San Diego home, as well as banning any contact.
A hearing is scheduled to decide whether the order will be made permanent on July 23.
The filing detailed the injuries Hill allegedly suffered during two violent sexual encounters with the pitcher and said she had eventually reported him to the police after seeking medical help for her injuries.
Medical notes seen by DailyMail.com show the woman was diagnosed with an ‘acute head injury’ and ‘assault by strangulation’ following the second encounter.
Photos included in her filing for a protective order last week showed Hill sustained bruising under her eyes and cuts to her lip after the encounter

Other injuries included two black eyes and severe anal bleeding after she woke up to find him allegedly sodomizing her without consent.
Photos obtained by DailyMail.com show her with a split lower lip and several large abrasions on her cheeks.
According to the woman’s account, Bauer apologized after the second violent encounter – telling her: ‘I would never do those things to you if it wasn’t sexually’.
The pair’s interactions began on April 18 when Hill tagged Bauer in an Instagram post about the clash between the Dodgers and the Padres that took place that day.
Later on, the 30-year-old messaged her and the pair struck up a flirty conversation about baseball – joking about third base and ‘a full tryout’.
Days later, Hill agreed to make the four-hour drive from San Diego to his Los Angeles home to meet him, arriving late that evening.
In court papers, she describes how what began as a pleasant four-hour chat about ‘baseball and family memories’, and her battle with alcoholism, descended into a nightmare.
The woman said the pair went to Bauer’s bedroom at 2am and began having consensual sex – but that it went wrong after the pitcher started quizzing her about whether she liked to be choked in bed and if she enjoyed rough sex.
According to the papers, Bauer allegedly shoved his fingers down her throat – despite her telling him to stop – then wrapped her long hair around her neck and choked her.
She claims she lost consciousness and awoke to find him sodomizing her.
Despite being disoriented and in pain, she said she stayed the night and woke up in his bed at 11am the next morning, adding that he joked about her ‘being a little sore this morning’.
The duo remained in contact, exchanging baseball chat and sexual banter over the following three weeks, and on May 15, he invited to his home again.
She said she was forced to seek medical attention after Bauer allegedly punched her in the face, vagina, and buttocks, and strangled her until she lost consciousness

She says she arrived at midnight after driving up from San Diego and said that this time, they agreed that he wouldn’t choke her or insist on anal sex.
The woman described what came next as a sexual assault, with Bauer again choking her with her long hair five minutes into the initially consensual encounter.
She added: ‘I agreed to have sex. I did not agree or consent to what he did next.’
Hill says she passed out again, this time waking to find herself totally disoriented and Bauer still having sex with her.
He then allegedly punched her in the face several times before flipping her over and choking her with her hair for a second time.
When she woke up, the 30-year-old had allegedly flipped her onto her back and was punching her hard in the vagina.
He eventually stopped after she burst into tears and helped her to the shower because, she claims, she was unable to walk unaided.
She says Bauer also allegedly admitted to punching her in the buttocks while she was unconscious.
She returned to San Diego that day and sought medical help the following day after spending hours throwing up and realizing the extent of the bruising allegedly caused by Bauer.

During the hospital visit, Hill underwent a sex assault screening and spoke to officers from the San Diego police department who were called in by doctors.
She says she was initially unwilling to name her attacker for fear of his response and was allegedly sideswiped by the barrage of text messages and voicemails he left for her in the days afterwards.
Later, after speaking to the Pasadena police, she spoke to the pitcher on the phone – a call recorded by police – in which he allegedly admitted to punching her while she was unconscious.
Bauer is now being investigated by the Pasadena Police Department over the assault claims but has not been charged with any crimes.
On Friday the MLB announced he had been placed on paid administrative leave for seven days amid the ongoing investigation.
The baseball star has denied all allegations with reps for the athletes saying the two had a ‘wholly consensual sexual relationship initiated by [the woman].’
‘Mr Bauer and [the woman] have not corresponded in over a month and have not seen each other in over six weeks. Her basis for filing a protection order is nonexistent, fraudulent, and deliberately omits key facts, information, and her own relevant communications,’ they said in a statement.
‘Any allegations that the pair’s encounters were not 100% consensual are baseless, defamatory, and will be refuted to the fullest extent of the law.’
In a second statement released on Friday, Bauer’s team added: ‘We reaffirm our original statement and refute [the woman’s] allegations in the strongest possible terms.
‘Mr. Bauer will not appeal MLB’s decision to place him on administrative leave at this time in an effort to minimize any distraction to the Dodgers organization and to his teammates.
‘Of note, administrative leave is neither a disciplinary action nor does it in any way reflect a finding in the league’s investigation.’
