Troy Aikman has sparked concerns among NFL fans once again with his appearance on Monday Night Football.
Football fans took to social media to express their fears for Aikman, the ESPN color commentator for the Minnesota Vikings matchup against the Chicago Bears.
Many questioned if Aikman was okay as he joined Joe Buck for his weekly Monday NFL duties as his eyes appeared to be bloodshot.
One fan took to X, formerly known as Twitter, to ask: ‘What in the world is wrong with Troy Aikman’s eye???’
‘wassup with troy aikman’s eyes?,’ another echoed as a third concerned fan posted, ‘Troy Aikman looks not well.’
Others weren’t so kind with one user brutally writing, ‘Somebody give Troy Aikman and those eyes a night off. Woof.’

‘Troy Aikman looking like he had a rough one last night #MNF,’ another cruelly said.
One social media user chimed in, posting: ‘Did Troy Aikman get fucking pepper sprayed before this??? #MNF #WhatTheHellWrongWithHim.’
‘Honestly is Troy Aikman okay? He looks like he’s on the lettuce,’ another added, appearing to suggest that Aikman had smoke marijuana.
It is not the first time, viewers have expressed concerns for the color commentator and his appearance.
In November, as Aikman called Baltimore Ravens vs Los Angeles Chargers, f ans took to social media to ask if he was ok due to his bloodshot eyes.
And a week later, with Aikman the ESPN color commentator for Cleveland Browns against Denver Broncos , the concerns were repeated by football fans getting ready for MNF.
The 58-year-old Aikman has not addressed the concerns from viewers.
