Trump furiously DENIES claims that the US is increasing cyber attacks on Russia and that he has NOT been told because Pentagon officials fear he might CANCEL the operation

President Trump was in a Twitter frenzy Saturday night, taking to his social media to blasting the ‘Failing New York Times’ for ‘treason’ after they ran a story about increased cyber attacks on Russia.

Donald Trump lambasted NYT and denied U.S. interference after the publication released a report detailing how the country was actively working on Russia’s electric power grid.

‘Do you believe that the Failing New York Times just did a story stating that the United States is substantially increasing Cyber Attacks on Russia,’ Trump said in the tweet.

He added: ‘They will do, or say, whatever it takes, with not even the slightest thought of consequence! These are true cowards and without doubt, THE ENEMY OF THE PEOPLE!’
