Turia confirmed her pregnancy in June, revealing she had discovered she was pregnant in Nepal, just days before she was due to depart for Mount Everest Base Camp.
She told 60 Minutes she had taken six pregnancy tests before sharing the news with her partner Michael.

‘I had a mouthful of toothpaste,’ Michael said.
