Twiggy made her Cannes Film Festival debut at age of 73 on Wednesday where she got set to unveil the documentary about her life.

The model – whose real name is Dame Lesley Lawson – looked chic in a black suit and tie as she posed up a storm at the photocall.

She showed off her sophisticated sense of style in the smart jacket and matching skinny trousers while adding an edge with her dark shades.

Twiggy completed her ensemble with dark lace up shoes, a frilly white blouse and slim tie as she put on a confident display.

The blonde beauty wore her light tresses in loose waves over her shoulders and opted for a natural makeup look.

Twiggy is famous for being a British cultural icon and a prominent model during the swinging ’60s in London.

Metaverse company, Hadean, is teaming up with film and TV studio, Film Soho, to produce an interactive virtual documentary about the life of iconic British supermodel, Twiggy.

Supported by Epic Games, disguise and AWS, the new partnership employs metaverse technology to deliver a photo-realistic interactive experience to a global live audience of fans, while challenging the boundaries of modern filmmaking.

Directed by award-winning actress and filmmaker Sadie Frost, the documentary’s final scene is being produced live at the Film Festival on May 17 in just 48 hours, using Film Soho’s on-site virtual production stage.

The scene will see Twiggy immersed into a photo-realistic virtual recreation of London’s Carnaby Street in the 1960s, built by disguise using Epic Games’ Unreal Engine.

Alongside this, a live virtual experience powered and designed by Hadean makes use of the same Unreal Engine environment as the documentary, engaging users with interactive elements based on Twiggy’s memories of the time.

Elsewhere, Twiggy’s singing career may never have hit the heights of her modelling days – but that isn’t deterring her from launching another assault on the charts, aged 73.

The star’s recording career peaked with a self-titled album that reached No 33 in 1976.

Other releases over the decades, including one produced by disco queen Donna Summer, sank without trace.

But Twiggy is trying again with a new album and has been busy preparing her vocal cords by drinking an infusion of sage leaves.

Chatting on her podcast, Tea With Twiggy, she said ‘It’s really good for your throat,’ but admits that she draws the line at drinking the leftover sludge at the bottom of the cup.
