Two people have been left fighting for life after a car crashed into a pole and a fence outside a pub following a police pursuit in Sydney’s south-west.

The vehicle crashed at Lockies Hotel on Camden Valley Way in Leppington just after 11.15am on Wednesday.

Two people were left in a critical condition and were treated by paramedics at the scene.

One will be rushed to Royal North Shore Hospital, and the other to Liverpool Hospital.

The car had been involved in a high-speed chase moments earlier with cops beginning the pursuit 10km away at Oran Park before it came to a wild end.

‘He’s gone through the fence … there’s coppers everywhere, like 30 or 40 cop cars on scene,’ one witness told 2GB.

Another witness described seeing a white Renault driving at 150km/h before it crashed into a black Raptor turning at a set of green lights.

‘I hit my brakes and three seconds later, I looked on my left, the car goes bang. The car rolled and hit the pole and started smoking,’ he said.
