Two New Mexico women have been arrested for kidnapping and molesting a 14-year-old boy one of them met online while playing games on Xbox Live.

Kristen ‘Kriste’ Aragon, 35, first began speaking to the teen when she invited him to join in her online video game, police heard.

The two swapped numbers and the conversation allegedly turned sexual, with Aragon sending the teen sexts and asking for photos of his genitals, Kansas City reports.

In April, Aragon and her friend, Melissa Goelz, 29, picked the 14-year-old up at a gas station near his home in Oklahoma, telling him ‘he would never be back’ home.

During the 13-hour drive, the boy was repeatedly sexually assaulted by Aragon, according to police.

The boy told police that he first told Aragon that he was 17, according to the affidavit.

He then later told Aragon that he was really 14. He says she told him ‘she already knew how old he was and that she knew his address before he told her,’ the affidavit states.

The family of the teen reported him missing on April 16 when his father discovered his son was missing and calls to his cellphone were going straight to voicemail.

He told police his son didn’t have many friends and spent most of his time on the Xbox.

‘It was very alarming,’ Sheriff Chris Morris of Pittsburg County, Oklahoma, told KRQE. ‘We knew it was going to be a bad situation if we didn’t act fast and get the boy located.’

Police went through the boy’s Xbox Live history and discovered the messages between the teen and an account named ‘MikenKristeAragon,’ the affidavit states.

They were then able to track the boy down via his cellphone records which showed several calls to ‘Kriste’s Chocolate Factory’ in Farmington, New Mexico. Police noted the ‘Kriste’ was spelled the same as the Xbox Live account.

The pair were arrested and Aragon, 35, of Farmington, New Mexico, was charged May 4 with felony kidnapping of a child and felony lewd or indecent proposal to a minor.

Goelz, 29, of Farmington, New Mexico, was charged with felony kidnapping of a child on May 4 in concert with Aragon.

Each woman faces a bond of $500,000, court documents state.
