Tyga breaks his silence after being accused of ‘physically assaulting’ ex Camaryn Swanson

Tyga finally broke his silence over domestic abuse allegations after his ex Camaryn Swanson accused him of physically assaulting her on Monday, October 11.

On Friday, the 31-year-old rapper shared a post on his Instagram, in which he said he wanted ‘everyone to know that the allegations against me are false.’

‘I was not arrested I took myself into the police station and cooperated,’ he told his more than 25.3 million followers on Friday.

The father-of-two concluded: ‘I have not been charged with any crime.’ 

The Grammy-nominated rapper turned himself in on Tuesday morning to face charges from his ex, which TMZ first reported.  

A booking sheet obtained by DailyMail.com earlier this week showed that Tyga – whose real name is Michael Ray Stevenson – had his bail set at $50,000.

Swanson clarified via Instastory: 'I didn't show up "screaming" or uninvited. When I tried to leave he physically assaulted and refused to let me leave for hours...I've been emotionally, mentally, and physically abused and I'm not hiding it anymore...I'm so embarrassed and ashamed it had to get to this but I have to stand up for myself

His rep, Jack Ketsoyan of EMCBOWERY, told DailyMail.com in a statement: ‘The allegations you have been reading about our client the past few days are false and will be disproven.’

The Compton-born star had a dispute with the 22-year-old influencer around 3am on Monday morning at his $12.8M Bel-Air mansion.

Camaryn’s reply at 9:45am read: ‘I can’t believe this is how it has to end. Honestly I’m so heart broken and didn’t think you were capable to ever do this to me.’ 

Swanson and the half-Vietnamese hip-hop star were pretty serious before their turbulent split, and at one point she flashed a diamond sparkler on her left ring finger.

Tyga also has a son King Cairo – turning 9 this Saturday – from his nearly three-relationship with ex-fiancée Blac Chyna, which ended in 2014.
