She’s is said to have dropped a whopping 20kg since her return to the limelight last year.
Now, Tziporah Malkah has revealed the secret behind her amazing body transformation.
The former supermodel, 44, took to Instagram this month to speak about her new diet and exercise regime.

The brunette beauty, who was previously known as Kate Fischer, explained her older beau Justin has been instrumental in her dramatic weight loss.
‘My boyfriend owns the franchise of the Sydney Market St Plus Fitness (& other stuff but this is my Instagram page not his!) So I’m getting a free gym membership and personal trainer,’ she explained.
Tziporah also told her legion of followers she has enlisted the help of a personal trainer for her weight loss journey and the pair are working on achieving mini-victories.
‘I’m working at it with my PT Sean, a few days a week but I’m not equipped to make a 180 change overnight. Incremental changes,’ she wrote.

‘I’m not going to be stupid about being 44 (years of age) and trying to lose a ton of weight in 3 months, like I could at 24,’ she added.
Tziporah, who shed an initial 14kg while on I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! in 2017, revealed she has adopted a ‘lifestyle eating plan’ as opposed to a diet.
‘I’ve done all the diets but am now moving into lifestyle eating as diets don’t work for that quick for 44 year old women. Long, slow incremental changes,’ she explained in the post.
‘I’ve started working out again and bugger me it’s hard. But I’m finding myself wanting to order different food. I don’t want to be weighed down unnecessarily. The transformation is incredible! Mind, body and attitude,’ she concluded.
Earlier this month Tziporah gave fans some insight into her new healthy eating plan which appears to mainly consist of unprocessed food and fresh fruit and vegetables.
‘Cherries tonight. Sure I could soak some chia seeds in the fridge for 2 days then add it to my organic almond milk with baby spinach leaves, whisk them in my $1000 blender & a whole lot of crap I don’t have time for – yet,’ she joked.
‘Baby steps. Better I eat the cherries than grab for a chocolate bar. (Please don’t bore me with comments such as : oh dark chocolate is actually good for you! Blah blah- sure I’ll eat chocolate from time to time but OVERALL it’s agreed that fruit is better as a go-to once you’re starting again).
‘So I’m snacking on cherries, not potato chips. No crime in potato chips but when I have the energy to make a “better” health choice then that’s what I’ll try to do. meh. Just a bit of mindfulness, no biggie.’
Tziporah has lost an impressive 20kg since she returned to the spotlight last year.
