WASHINGTON, April 30 (Reuters) – U.S. and Chinese officials will hold highly anticipated trade talks in China on Thursday and Friday, U.S. Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin told Fox Business Network in an interview that aired on Monday, adding that he was optimistic about the meeting.

Mnuchin, speaking ahead of his remarks later on Monday at a Milken Institute conference in Beverly Hills, said American officials planned to raise trade imbalances, intellectual property rights, forced joint technology and forced joint ventures with Chinese officials.
