A young Ukrainian refugee found in the police raid on Andrew Tate’s online sex business has defended the controversial influencer and his inappropriate behaviour, insisting ‘he is not like that in real life’.
Andrew Tate and his brother Tristan were arrested earlier this week in their luxury Bucharest compound as part of ongoing investigation into rape claims and human trafficking claims.
However, 22-year-old Ukrainian refugee, Lisa, who lives in Tate’s house along with his personal assistant and two female Romanian TikTok personalities, has now come out and denied allegations that any of them were involved in pornographic videos.
‘Everything the police have said is not true, I know them [Tate and his brother, Tristan] and they could not do this.

‘The girls who live here do not have to do anything. They are good girls’, she told The Times.
Romanian persecutors claim the brothers allegedly recruited the women on social media platforms and persuaded them to travel to his £600,000 home.
It is believed that the women were lured with the pretence of romance before they were forced to perform in online phonographic videos under violent threats.
The women, including an American citizen, were allegedly held at the property with employees shadowing their every move before as they were forced to take part in the acts.
The young refugee, who worked in marketing for a Ukrainian estate agency, met the Tate brothers around thee years ago at a party in Kyiv. Here she was told that Tate’s involvement in the online sex industry was in the past.
Lisa added: ‘They have so much money. They cannot make so much money from video [sex] chats.’
She claims to have been residing in a £300,000 semi-detached house in a gated community called American Village for a month after escaping the war. But was then invited by the brothers to stay in their property.
Lisa was in disbelief that the police would hold the allegations against Tate and believes there is no solid proof against him and his brother. She said: ‘Andrew acts like that, in a bad way on the videos, for show. He is not like that in real life.’

Meanwhile, teachers yesterday likened Tate to a radicalising ‘Pied Piper’ after schools warned his misogynistic rants were being used to challenge female teachers.
The controversial TikTok star’s influence is considered so malign some staff are asking for advice on how to deal with questions about his views.
Sexist diatribes from Tate – currently detained in Romania as part of a human trafficking investigation – are being parroted by male pupils in classrooms.
And the problem has become so serious some of the students, aged around 14, are reportedly refusing to be taught by some female teachers.
Michael Conroy, founder of Men At Work, trains in areas including challenging sexism and promoting violence-free relationships.
He has delivered 50-plus sessions to social workers and schools in recent months.
He told MailOnline: ‘What Andrew Tate is saying is nothing new, it’s basic misogyny. I look at him as a radicaliser in the same way you would look at an extremist or jihadist. They are using a platform to groom young men – it is a grooming process.
‘Since September every training session I have done teachers have mentioned his name. Teachers are saying 14 or 15-year-olds are basically using Andrew Tate as a kind of catalyst for a conversation they have at school.
‘It tends to be with female teachers, pupils are quoting Andrew Tate and saying ‘Well what about this?’. Maybe it’s about consent or something like that.
‘They tend to be raised with female teachers, like some kind of power play or provocative act. Almost as if he is like a Pied Piper.
‘Teachers have said that when the pupils talk about him they kind of puff out their chests like that they represent him. There is definitely the idea that he is some kind of avatar for them.
‘The teachers talk about how his influence is palpable and there are very few young men that are not aware of his work.’
It comes after Tate was pictured caged in the back of a police van alongside his ‘angels’ after their arrest as part of a probe into alleged sex crimes.

The influencer, 36, was seen behind bars as he was escorted to the Romanian detention centre on Thursday evening after the surprise raid of his £600,000 concrete bolthole on the outskirts of Bucharest.
Pictured alongside the millionaire in the van were Luana Radu and Georgiana Naghel, who are accused of luring women to the compound and then ‘coercing’ and ‘controlling’ them to create social media pornography.
The images, taken by local news site Gandul, show Tate dressed in a black hoodie on one side of the van next to Naghel, his alleged girlfriend of one year, who in turn was sat next to Radu, a former policewoman.
Radu, 32, was previously based at a police station in central Bucharest but quit the force eight years ago to pursue a career working in video chat rooms, which attract men from all over the world and have become a lucrative industry in Romania.
Naghel, 28, who is a US citizen, is described as a businesswoman and influencer who is believed to have been dating Tate for almost a year.
The group, along with Tate’s brother Tristan, have been locked up since Thursday after a court agreed to extend their detention by 30 days.
That meant Tate’s New Year’s Eve celebrations were a far cry from his usual lavish parties surrounded by wads of cash, bikini clad models and his fleet of supercars.
The brothers had been organising their own New Year’s Eve party at a 48-room mansion they own in the mountain village of Comarnic before their sudden arrest.
Tate bought the stunning century-old property 80 miles north of Bucharest, which features an underground car park and swimming pool, a year ago.
But when he was detained last week at his concrete compound on the outskirts of the capital, he was forced to abandon his festive plans and prepare for a slightly more meagre celebration to ring in 2023.
Instead of champagne and caviar, the former Big Brother star feasted on traditional Romanian cuisine, according to news site Cancan.
He was served a grilled pork chop steak with mashed potatoes, assorted pickles, an apple and a cake at the Rahova prison.
Blessed Father Daniel, the head of the Romanian Orthodox Church, also delivered a box of cookies to inmates.
