Una Healy proudly showcased her rock-hard abs on Instagram on Monday when she shared an impressive gym selfie.

Flaunting her trim physique in a lilac sports bra, Una, 40, lifted a dumbbell while working her best angles for her 649,000 followers.

Kicking off the week with an inspiring social media post, Una’s flame-hued tresses were swept from her face as she worked on her muscles.

The Saturdays star wore a pair of black tracksuit bottoms for the workout alongside fingerless training gloves.

In front of the star was an exercise bike and behind her more weights could be seen stacked on a wooden bench.

Elsewhere, rugby player Ben, 36, who is starring on Dancing On Ice, recently spoke about the breakdown of their marriage and how they have come to be on better terms after ‘shocking her’ with his whirlwind second wedding just two weeks after meeting Jackie, 36.

Ben accepted he ‘was very selfish’ to marry in 2020 – only a year and a half after his marriage broke down with Una, 40.

‘Obviously, what I did was very selfish in regards to Una. I think it was a shock to her, me getting married so quickly,’ he told OK! Magazine.

‘Una and I hadn’t been together for a year and a half but I think what made it bad was it was such a big thing in the media and it was everywhere, so, I did owe her an apology for that and should probably have let her know a bit more about what was going on.’

Ben went on to say how he thinks he has got better and better’ with Una as they have worked to rebuild their fractured relationship for the sake of their two children Aoife, nine, and Tadgh, six.

The athlete said they clashed at the end of their relationship because she wanted to be in Ireland, while he ‘never did’.

Elsewhere in the interview, Jackie said she wasn’t worried at all about the Dancing On Ice curse.

The former England international player is paired with Robin Johnstone on the show.

Jackie said: ‘I look forward to the day when Ben actually cheats on me, because it would be hysterical to see the downpour of fire and rain that comes down on him… I’m kidding.’

She added he has ‘never made me feel paranoid or insecure’.

The couple are proud parents to their daughter Farrah, whom they welcomed in 2020.

Of plans to have another child, Jackie revealed they will try for a baby in summer and ‘hope it happens’.
