Cheese lovers can now get their names written in decorative brie cakes to help celebrate their milestone birthdays and anniversaries.
Marina Ivancic, 33, from the Uncommon Grazer, a Canberra-based catering company came up with the idea of making letters out of brie cheese last September.
The eye catching cheeseboard centre piece quickly gained popularity and the small business has even had some famous customers through the doors.

The Roosters star chose to have the youngster’s name spelled out in the eye-catching cheese creations.
And since launching the quirky idea has started to create numbers in the same way, telling FEMAIL they are especially popular.
‘People like to get them for big milestones,’ she said.
Each brie cake is handcrafted by Marina and costs $119, additional numbers and letters are $89.
The letters and numbers come decorated with cold cuts and flowers.

The busy mum-of-three said it was trial and error getting the numbers and letters right because the wrong cheese will fail to hold.
The brie cakes are a great alternative for people who prefer savoury snacks over sweet treats.
‘I came up with the idea when I saw the cookie letters and I thought cheese lovers would love something like this out of brie cheese,’ Marina said.
