Urgent search is launched for boy, 3, taken at Oxenford

A desperate search has been launched for a missing three-year-old boy on the Gold Coast.

Queensland Police said the boy was taken from Vine Circuit at Oxenford at 11.30pm on Wednesday.

He is with with Amy Williams, who is known to him.

The pair left the area on foot.

The boy has blonde curly hair and blue eyes.

Amy Williams is 30-years-old and has a slim build, blue eyes long blonde hair with pink highlights.

Queensland Police said the boy may be at significant risk.
