But it’s not just the sun-soaked beaches and laid-back lifestyle winning over the 25-year-old star.

‘I have three pairs now. Three pairs!’ he laughed.
‘One’s blue and white striped, one’s fully red, and then a green pair – all the primary colours,’ he laughed.

‘I only bought one, the other two were a gift. I feel like that’d be weird if I bought all three. Maybe not,’ he added cheekily.
The singer, who first shot to fame as part of the boy band Why Don’t We, also opened up about his close bond with fellow American singer-songwriter Benson Boone, who is set to tour Australia in January 2025.
‘Oh, I miss him. That’s my boy, I really love that guy.’ Daniel said fondly.
‘We have a lot in common. We did Europe and the US together. I miss that guy…
‘He’s just, he’s a real light, like a real light in the room. He cares about his friends. I care about him. Love him.’
In a playful plea to his fans, Daniel hinted at wanting to join his mate Benson on his upcoming Aussie tour.
