The Originals star teamed the frock with the accessory of the moment – a long bow which was fastened to her bun.
She also boosted her already statuesque height with a pair of chunky white heels.

Phoebe’s outing comes after it was announced in July she is set to star in new crime drama And On The Eighth Day.
She will play a thief on the run in the new American thriller.

Further details of the plot have not been released, but the title of the new film appears to be a reference to the Bible.
Phoebe will star in the project alongside Animal Kingdom’s Darren Mann and Joe Pickett’s Mustafa Speaks.
It will also feature Dead to Me actress Valerie Mahaffey, as well as Lindsey Morgan from the CW series Walker.

And On The Eighth Day will be directed by actor-turned-filmmaker Alexandra Chando, who is best known for her role in the long-running U.S. soap As The World Turns.
Phoebe first made a name for herself in Australia when she appeared on H2O: Just Add Water before moving overseas to pursue an international career in 2011.
She has since appeared in a number of big-name TV shows, including The Vampire Diaries, The Originals, Westworld and Bloom.
The actor was recently back in Australia filming the Stan film Transfusion alongside Avatar star Sam Worthington.
