A woman is being hunted by police after CCTV footage appeared to show her scratching vehicles as she takes a late-night walk down a deserted street.
The video appears to show the vandal scratching a van in as she walked past a number of cars the early hours of Saturday.
Police launched an investigation after receiving three reports of vehicles being damaged in Hawthorn Drive in Inverness.

CCTV footage appears to show the van being ‘keyed’ by the woman at about 4.26am on Saturday.
Officers have appealed for anyone with any information to come forward to help catch the culprit.
Resident Paul Shirley posted the footage on Facebook after saying that the woman ‘scratched my van from front to rear and many other cars in Hawthorn Drive’.
He added: ‘I want this person to pay for the damage. I hope the video helps catch who did this.’
At least two other residents have come forward to say that their vehicles were also targeted by the vandal.

A police spokesman said: ‘Police in Inverness can confirm that three reports have been received relating to vandalisms of vehicles in the Hawthorn Drive area.
‘Inquiries are ongoing into the incidents and anyone with information is asked to call Police on 101 or Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.’
