James Kennedy has been arrested for misdemeanor domestic violence.
DailyMail.com has learned that Kennedy was arrested on a domestic violence charge, after attending Kathy Hilton’s Christmas bash with girlfriend Ally Lewber.
TMZ has reported that Kennedy was detained after Burbank police responded to a call about an argument between the Vanderpump Rules alum and a woman.
A witness claimed to have seen Kennedy and the woman arguing, and the reality star is said to have at one point grabbed the female, according to TMZ.
Offices say they did not see any visible injuries on the woman.
The authorities determined it was a domestic violence incident following an investigation, and Kennedy was subsequently arrested for misdemeanor domestic violence.
He was released after paying a $20k bail.
