Vanessa Hudgens and her husband Cole Tucker were seen leaving LA with their baby this Wednesday amid the catastrophic local wildfires.
Beginning Tuesday, the area was struck by its worst windstorms in over a decade, fueling fires that have destroyed over 1,000 structures and claimed at least two lives.
Tens of thousands of people have been evacuated, and California Governor Gavin Newsom has declared a state of emergency in Los Angeles and Ventura Counties.
One blaze in the Pacific Palisades area has consumed a number of celebrity homes, including Spencer Pratt and Heidi Montag’s house, Leighton Meester and Adam Brody’s residence and Ricki Lake’s oceanfront property.
Some flights scheduled to arrive at Burbank Airport were diverted to LAX on account of the crisis, but Vanessa and Cole appear to have departed from Burbank.
The 36-year-old High School Musical actress wore a look of concern as she pushed the stroller carrying her baby, whose name and sex she has not made public.
Vanessa Hudgens and her husband Cole Tucker were seen leaving LA with their baby this Wednesday amid the catastrophic local wildfires.
Vanessa announced her pregnancy at the 2024 Oscars last March, modeling a fitted gown that accentuated her blossoming baby bump.
New of the baby’s arrival broke early last July when Vanessa was spotted leaving a hospital with her newborn cradled in her arms and Cole walking just behind her.
When she was seen at Burbank Airport this week, Vanessa wore a white sweatsuit and a pair of boots, accessorizing with orange-tinted shades and stylish earrings.
Cole, a baseball player she married in 2023, was similarly casually attired in blue sweats and a baseball cap, and could be seen hauling along one of their suitcases.
The couple were accompanied by Vanessa’s toy poodle Darla, whom she adopted in 2016 when she was dating Austin Butler before his Elvis stardom.
On Tuesday, as the wildfires raged in Southern California, Vanessa posted a concerned message to her Insta Stories.
‘LA be safe. Keep an eye out for evacuation zones. This is so scary. My heart breaks for everyone affected,’ she wrote to her more than 50 million followers.
On Wednesday she posted a picture of the smoke-filled sky in Los Angeles, writing: ‘Thank you to all the firefighters out there risking their lives.’

The couple were recently in Phoenix, Arizona to attend the WWE’s first wrestling show of the year – last week’s Friday Night SmackDown.
Vanessa, who is a longtime WWE fan, was welcomed into the ring during the event to lead the audience at Footprint Center in the ‘Yeet’ chant.
The Spring Breakers star raved afterwards about the experience, gushing: ‘Dreams really do come true, y’all,’ to Fox News Digital.
Although Vanessa has studiously kept details about her baby private, she has publicly showered praise on her husband multiple times.
‘He’s just kind of perfect for me,’ she told Entertainment Tonight in 2021, sharing that they ‘met on a Zoom meditation group. Very random, yes.’
