A 22-year-old Texas woman has shared horrific photos of her bruised and bloodied body after she was beaten, raped and held captive by her new boyfriend for two days.
Kaila Kutzik is now safe after making a dramatic escape on New Year’s Eve, while her abusive boyfriend, 30-year-old Bishoy Elkhaliny, was sleeping.
A friend posted Kutzik’s account on Facebook, since Elkhaliny took control of his girlfriend’s social media accounts during the two days of torture.
In the post, Kutzik said she had only been dating Elkhaliny for three months, but that he has been abusive throughout their short relationship.
However, nothing compares to December 30, when she says that he ‘nearly beat me to death’.

During the brutal two day attack, Elkhaliny posted pictures of his bloodied girlfriend to Facebook
Kutzik doesn’t stay what sparked the brutal confrontation, which happened around 1am, but she says he ‘beat me worse that he ever did before’.

‘He broke my face, he broke my teeth, and left me with bruising all over my body. I begged to go to the hospital and he refused. He told me I deserved to look deformed for the rest of my life,’ she said.
Kutzik told police that she lost consciousness after the first attack, and when she woke up, Elkhaliny raped her when she asked him not to have sex with her.
Elkhaliny then made sure she wouldn’t leave the house, threatening to chain her to the bed if she tried to make a run for it.
During this period, Elkhaliny took over her social media accounts and then started posting messages to ‘try and humiliate her,’ according to friends.
In one post, published on his own account, Elkhaliny poses with Kutzik, who is bleeding heavily from the head.
The caption reads: ‘This is what happens when your girlfriend decides to talk s***! bet you’ll stay quiet now Kaila! lol.’
‘I had no way out. He took all of my belongings and hid all of the cell phones. He threatened to chain me up to the bed so I couldn’t go anywhere. He made me clean his house while I couldn’t even see out of my eye,’ Kaila continued to say in her account.

Kutzik spent four days in the hospital after her escape as she was treated for her numerous injuries
‘I was scared, and I was in pain. A lot of pain. I was losing hope. My abuser told me he was going to take me to Las Vegas and sex traffic me to make money off me because I was no other use to him. There was no way out and I was giving up,’ she adds.
Kutzik got a bit of luck the following day, when a police officer knocked on Elkhaliny’s door around 11:30am, in connection to a theft investigation.
Elkhaliny was asleep at the time but Kutzik heard the knock, so she looked out the window and saw the cop car.
While she was frightened what her boyfriend would do if she tried to escape, she knew this might be her only chance.

‘I looked down the hallway to see if my abuser had waken up and he hadn’t. I then decided I was going to make a run for it. I ran down the stairs out the door while the policeman was getting back in his car and begged him to take me far away. He let me in the car and called for back up and an ambulance,’ she says.
Kutzik was rushed to the hospital where she was treated for her numerous injuries, including a broken orbital socket that has caused her to lose vision in one eye.
During her hospital stay, she says that Elkhaliny continued to harass her, calling up the hospital and pretending to be her father.
He was eventually arrested on Monday, after a tipster informed police about his whereabouts.
He is now facing charges for aggravated assault and aggravated sexual assault.
