Victoria Beckham pokes fun at husband David’s reading skills in playful clip

Victoria Beckham poked fun at husband David’s reading skills after he suggested she might be getting old after she bought a light to help her read in bed.

The retired footballer, 47, mocked his wife, 48, in an Instagram video as she showed off her new book light from Amazon.

David could be heard saying: ‘Not that my wife is getting old but someone has just bought a light off Amazon so she can read her book.’

Victoria could heard protesting: ‘At night. I’m not getting old.’

David then responds: ‘Wow, how old are you?’

Victoria was unimpressed by the exchange and later took to the comment section of Instagram to have a swipe back at David.

She wrote: ‘Is it just me?!? Can anyone read in the dark David?! by the way.…. What are you reading??’

Fans loved the chat between the married couple with one saying: ‘Can he read?’

Another added: ‘Careful who you are calling old sir! She wears badass heals and can kick you in the shin with one of those!’

Victoria donned a black sleeveless dress with a v-neckline for the outing along with a pair of gladiator sandals and an apron.
