Victoria Beckham shared a video of herself getting a microneedling facial with a vitamin cocktail on Instagram Stories on Sunday.
The 46-year-old looked at ease as she had the cosmetic procedure done, which involves repeatedly puncturing the skin with tiny, sterile needles.
She had the treatment done by skin & beauty expert and consultant and founder of @dermaspa_mk, Nilam Holmes.

Nilam gave some detailed information about Victoria’s treatment on her own Instagram page.
