The woman, who was driving her late husband’s car, told the police officer her husband died a year ago and was in the process of transferring the car into her name.

‘I’m sorry, I’m stupid,’ the woman was heard saying before bursting into laughter.

Confused at why she was pulled over in the first place, the police man said her husband didn’t have a licence either, leaving the driver falling onto her car in laughter.

‘You want me to dig him up and come and do the licence?,’ she said.

The video, which has been viewed more than 255,000 times on Facebook in the last two days, shows the woman dressed in a blue blouse bursting into laughter when she tells the policeman she has been driving unlicensed for 23 years.

‘This is the first time in my entire life you pull me up, you such a good constable,’ she said.

The policeman was left speechless, saying he had worked in road patrol for four years and hadn’t ever come across a driver who had been driving unlicensed for two decades.

‘Never have a ticket or to be intercepted by police for any purpose is an amazing, amazing effort, it’s not right, but it’s an amazing effort,’ he said.

The woman was charged $200 for driving unlicensed.
