A five-year-old girl has died after being hit by a car in the driveway of her home in Victoria.
The little girl was struck just after 6.30pm on Friday at her family’s property in Inverleigh, a rural town west of Geelong.
Police were told a woman was driving on the property shortly before the accident.

They couldn’t comment on whether the woman was a relative of the child.
Emergency services were called and paramedics worked to save the girl, but she was pronounced dead at the scene.
Officers would prepare a report for the coroner.
