At the beginning of the program, Alysha revealed she had gained 30 kilos during her pregnancy and had not managed to shed it.

The blonde told Karl Stefanovic: ‘You know, as a mum, I thought I’d be back to pre-baby weight. So, to be still carrying an extra 30kg is really hard.

‘I think your time is very scarce. And when you do have time, it’s not spent on you. It’s spent on them, and playing with them and doing things with them.’

She added: ‘I really want to change my body and my life’.

Alysha explained that in order to achieve her goal, she would do cardio four times a week in between caring for her son.
