Horrific videos show the moments when the streets of Barcelona’s popular tourist area erupted in carnage when a van ploughed into pedestrians in the latest terror attack.
Emergency services rushed to the scene where at least 13 people have been killed, as armed police continue to search for the van driver, who is believed to have fled on foot.
