A perverted father who raped his two young daughters for close to two decades has been jailed for 16 years for the horrific sexual abuse.
The 64-year-old, who cannot be named to protect his daughters, started abusing the sisters when they were just eight and 12 years old.
He ‘ruthlessly exploited’ them so regularly that they believed being raped by their father was normal, a court heard on Wednesday, reported the West Australian.

Western Australia District Court heard the father treated his daughters like ‘sex-slaves’
The youngest girl moved in with her father after he divorced his wife and acted as his partner, continuing to have sex with him until the age of 26 in 2009.
‘She said it felt like she had become the new woman in your life,’ District Court Judge John Staude said, comparing the father’s systemic abuse to ‘sexual slavery’.
The elder daughter gave evidence last month during the trial, explaining she had given in to her father’s abuse because she ‘just wanted to make (him) happy’.
‘I wanted him to be proud of us kids,’ she told the jury, who were offered counselling after the disturbing trial.
‘He was just always so angry and grumpy so it seemed to be the one thing that made him happy.’
The court heard the father would rape the girls in their garage and on the floor of his work van, justifying the abuse as a lesson on ‘what boys would want to do’.
Judge Staude said the father used ‘authority and force’ to corrupt his daughters and coerce them to ‘bend to your will’.
The father maintained his ‘stance of denial’, his lawyer told the court.
