Partnership: Waitrose is teaming up with Uber Eats
Waitrose has teamed up with Uber Eats to deliver groceries in just 20 minutes.
From today, shoppers will be able to order goods from five stores in London – Finchley Road, West Hampstead, Clerkenwell, St Katharine Docks and Greenwich.
The offer will be rolled out to more than 200 stores around the UK by the end of August. James Bailey, executive director at Waitrose, said: ‘On-demand grocery shopping continues to grow in popularity with our customers.’
Shoppers can order groceries from Asda, Sainsbury’s, Co-op, Iceland and Morrisons on Uber Eats. Tesco has its own Whoosh rapid delivery service.
