She’s the mother-of-three who works hard to maintain her chiselled six-pack abs.

And cricket WAG Candice Warner, 28, reveled exactly how she keeps midriff so trim on Thursday as she demonstrated her intense abdominal workout routing on Instagram.

Candice’s trainer, Jono Castano, shared footage of the athlete working out at his gym, Acero, in Sydney’s east.

The clip showed the Ironwoman performing side crunches and leg raises on a chin-up bar, while looking ripped in a black crop top and orange shorts.

She completed her look with a pair of sneakers, a pulled-back hairstyle and a dark spray tan.

Candice, who is married to cricket star David Warner, said while she mostly takes a healthy approach when it comes to her diet, she also enjoys a glass of bubbly or two to unwind and is a notorious sweet tooth.

‘I do love a Chandon,’ she mused, adding: ‘Like everyone else. I’m a mum and sometimes, once the kids go to bed, you need a happy hour. I’m not afraid to have a drink.’

The SAS Australia star noted that exercise has ‘always’ had far greater impact on her health and plays a huge role in her life.

She said heavy weights and cardio is the key mix to maintain her fit and healthy figure.

‘I like to lift heavy weights. But then cardio – I love running,’ she explained. ‘So whether it be on the treadmill, or at the beach up on the coast, it’s so important for me, not just physically, but mentally.’
