A quirky Washington cabin that comes complete with its very own indoor skate park has hit the market for $729,0000 – leaving skateboard-obsessed social media fans in a frenzy of excitement with its unique design.
Located in Leavenworth, Washington, and built in 2002, the five-bedroom and three-bathroom home is separated over two buildings for ample space and privacy.
Spread over 4,108 square feet, the first smaller building offers three-bedrooms and living quarters, with a kitchen, living space and a garden fireplace, perfect for cozy evenings.
In the other unit, there are two bedrooms, living quarters and a kitchen with classic iron accents.
But while the property’s interior is certainly charming and cozy, it is the more alternative amenities that have captivated the internet; in addition to the indoor skateboarding park, the home also has its very own private ski hill, and a mountain bike run and pump track – a bike run with inclines and hills – making it the perfect adventure playground.

The property is split into two sections, with the indoor skate park dividing the two halves of the home
The property has a spacious balcony overlooking the entire skate bowl making sure guests never miss a trick
The home’s expansive skate bowl looks as though it has been well used by the current owners, who also have a private ski hill, and a mountain bike run on the property
While the skate bowl is intended for fun, the owners have made sure to add rules to keep every guest safe while skating including only skating during the hours of 9am-8pm
The home sits on five acres of land, with the mountain bike track located behind the property (seen left)
From the outside you would never be able to guess that the the cozy cabin home includes a skateboard park in the middle of the property
The cabin-style home includes four different entry ways, two in the front, one in the middle and one at the back of the home
The home also has a covered deck and bridge which leads to a wired hot tub pad overlooking the landscaped fire pit.
According its Leavenworth Properties listing, the property also boasts five acres of land, and is located 20 minutes from the nearest town, a Bavarian village called Leavenworth.
‘A quiet road [takes] you to local restaurants and Lake Wenatchee is up the street,’ the listing adds, cheekily asking: ‘What’s missing?’ from the quirky home.
Pictures of the impressive home were shared on Facebook group Zillow Gone Wild, where they gathered over 7,600 likes and plenty of comments from people wondering who the next Tony Hawk will be.
One person commented: ‘It looks like Tony Hawk’s house but I’m not entirely sure.’
‘The house I would have bought if I could afford it in my early 20s,’ said someone else.
One viewer joked: ‘As a non-skateboarder, but a mother of six, I see a large built in playpen.’
‘Okay, I actually want this house. Lol! My son is a skater and he’d be in heaven,’ commented another viewer.
The rest of the home looks much more like a traditional ski cabin, offering cozy features like wood-burning fireplaces
Social media users have been left in awe over the home – with many joking that the cozy interior couldn’t be more different from the funky skate park that sits within the main property
The home offers multiple bedrooms, including a lofted area that provides extra sleeping room for guests
Inside the 20-year-old home, the bathroom has a more traditional look including blue walls and antique touches
The large kitchen is spacious and simple, and features a large stovetop and a high-top counter where people can sit
The bedrooms appear to have been set up in order to accommodate the maximum number of people possible, with one featuring two beds in a hotel-style design
There is also a pull-out bed in one of the rooms, which appears to have been used by a younger member of the family (left)
While the rest of the home is much less unique, the owners made sure you feel right at home with it’s cozy features.
‘It’s a legend,’ listing agent Adam Drain of BHHS Leavenworth Properties told The Post.
Leavenworth Properties notes this ‘funhouse’ as a ‘Stevens Pass classic’ and the perfect place to ‘relax by the fireplace in the Garden suite for cozy evenings.’
The property is on the market with Adam Drain of Leavenworth Properties for $729,000.
