Harvey Weinstein gave a f*** you to the world as he was photographed giving the middle finger walking into a law office in Los Angeles around noon on Wednesday.
The disgraced producer, who was seen walking into his lawyer Patty Glaser’s offices, should have already been out of the country as he originally stated he was going to a sex rehab in Europe on Tuesday.
However the 65-year-old embattled movie mogul became irate when he learned he was not allowed to have his cellphone in treatment.
Weinstein looked agitated and bedraggled as he walked into Glaser’s offices while flipping the bird and flanked by a full entourage.
The rehab trip had already been booked as he is supposed to currently be undergoing treatment for issues related to the ever growing sexual harassment allegations.

Weinstein was adamant that he needed his phone to stay in touch with his wife and his business associates at The Weinstein Company.
He was fired from his company on Sunday, and on Wednesday his wife announced she is leaving him.
Considering the growing scandal involves at least 30 women who have alleged varying degrees of sexual misconduct at the hands of Weinstein, his cellphone request may not be entirely off the mark.
Experts say he very well may have to take on a slew of law suits in the wake of the mounting accusations.
It was crystal clear from the start of Wednesday that Weinstein had not left Los Angeles as police were called in the morning over fears he was ‘suicidal,’ at his daughter’s home.

He was seen chasing down a random driver to see if he could get a ride in their car after arguing with his daughter.
TMZ reports that the disgraced movie mogul was heard screaming out just before he tried to flag down the vehicle: ‘You’re making it worse.’
Weinstein was at the Los Angeles home of his daughter, who was eventually able to persuade her father back inside the house.
Members of the Los Angeles Police Department arrived a short while after that, and said they were responding to a report from Lily that her father was ‘suicidal and depressed.’
Weinstein then fled the house just before LAPD responded to Lilly’s call on Wednesday, at around 10:30am.
Lily subsequently told the officers her father was not a risk and would not harm himself, despite the statements she made earlier when she alerted authorities.
Weinstein may now fly for Europe tonight to start treatment for his sex addiction, though that claim can not be trusted in light of the statement he made on Tuesday which proved to be false.

He could also be planning to camp out in California for a few more days as well, as there will be a hearing over the weekend to decide whether or not he should be removed from the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences.
Weinstein had said that he hoped to reclaim his position at the company he founded and reconcile with his wife Georgina after receiving treatment, then did not leave the country as planned.
That move will likely not reflect well on Weinstein to either the board that terminated him Sunday or his wife after she filed for divorce on Tuesday.
Chapman announced her decision to end the pair’s marriage in a statement to People, saying: ‘My heart breaks for all the women who have suffered tremendous pain because of these unforgivable actions. I have chosen to leave my husband.
‘Caring for my young children is my first priority and I ask the media for privacy at this time.’
That prompted Weinstein to give his own thoughts on the matter to Page Six.
‘I know she has to do what is best for the children, for herself and her business, she employs 130 people,’ said Weinstein.
‘I don’t want her or my children to be hurt any more than they already have. I truly love Georgina, and I hope one day we can reconcile, although right now I don’t know if that could possibly happen.’
Chapman is keeping a low profile still, and cancelled a fashion preview for her brand Marchesa that had been planned for Thursday just 24 hours before the event.

Weinstein has his own work problems, which he seemed to be aware were coming based on an email he fired off just before he was fired on Sunday.
‘My board is thinking of firing me. All I’m asking is, let me take a leave of absence and get into heavy therapy and counseling,’ wrote Weinstein in the email.
‘Whether it be in a facility or somewhere else, allow me to resurrect myself with a second chance.’
He went on to state that ‘a lot of the allegations are false’ before asking that the men and women he contacted send an email to his personal account backing him, which he could in turn present to the Weinstein Company board.
‘I need you to send a letter to my private gmail address,’ wrote Weinstein.
‘The letter would only go to the board and no one else.’
He continued: ‘We believe that what the board is trying to do is not only wrong but might be illegal and would destroy the company.
‘If you could write this letter backing me, getting me the help and time away I need, and also stating your opposition to the board firing me, it would help me a lot.’
The letters, if any were sent, did little good in the end, with the board of directors at Weinstein Company announcing on Sunday that they were terminating their founder in the wake of what they claimed were newly discovered allegations.
‘In light of new information about misconduct by Harvey Weinstein that has emerged int the past few days, the directors of the Weinstein Company – Robert Weinstein, Lance Maerov, Richard Koenigsberg and Tarak Ben Ammar – have determined an have informed Harvey Weinstein, that his employment with The Weinstein Company is terminated, effective immediately,’ the board wrote in a statement.
It was a sudden move for the board, who on Friday said that Weinstein had taken an indefinite leave of absence.
Questions remain however about how the board was so in the dark given the number of settlements that have been paid out, with the first going back to an incident that happened in 1991 according to the Times.
Weinstein responded in a statement by saying that he was getting help, but then shortly after threatened to sue the paper for $50 million.
Board member Lance Maerov spoke to the The New York Times after the decision to terminate Weinstein on Sunday and that said that the executive had also violated the company’s code of conduct in the past week.
He did not offer any additional details.
Maerov also revealed that there was much concern after Weinstein and his attorney Lisa Bloom met with the board on Thursday night, during which time the layer told the group that they could expect ‘more and different reporting’ that included ‘photos of several of the accusers in very friendly poses with Harvey after his alleged misconduct.’
That same night a handout photo of Weinstein and a smiling Judd appeared in the New York Post alongside a statement from the Oscar-winning producer.
‘This is not the time for Harvey or TWC to appear defiant or indignant,’ wrote Maerov in an email to Bloom.
‘It is time to repair, heal, accept responsibility and recover.’

He also wrote that Bloom had a potential conflict of interest given that Weinstein had agreed to develop a book she wrote into a series.
In another email to Bloom, Harvey’s brother and partner Bob wrote: ‘Perhaps, Harvey as he stated in the NY Times, to the world, should get professional help for a problem that really exists.’
On Friday, one-third of the nine-man board resigned in protest, 24-hours after the sexual harassment report threw the firm into chaos.
The company also stated that they were launching an internal probe into the claims against their disgraced co-founder.
Over 30 women have come forward at this time claiming they were victims of Weinstein’s harassment and assault, with the alleged offenses he is accused of committing ranging from aggressive demands for massages to rape.
