‘Well known’ athlete intervened as Diddy groped young man at Ciroc vodka party, lawsuit claims

Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs is accused of sexually assaulting a businessman at a Ciroc vodka party in 2022 before a ‘well known’ athlete put a stop to it, a new lawsuit claims.

The suit, seen by DailyMail.com, is one of five new filings against the jailed music mogul, one of which says he raped a 13-year-old girl at a VMA afterparty.

A John Doe owns a luxury car and jewelry rental company in the Los Angeles area that the rapper frequented. He claims he and Combs did business together.

The suit contains redacted photos of Combs and various famous guests at the party, which Combs sent the man a personal invitation to attend. He saw Combs’ star power as a way to further promote his business.

The accuser says that Combs, who was ‘acting strangely’ and drunk, ‘instructed’ him to his ‘private office’ before exposing himself to the alleged victim and grabbed his genitals through his pants.

The plaintiff said he was ‘shocked and disoriented’ and froze momentarily, not knowing what to do.

Combs was only stopped when the famous athlete, who was not identified, walked into the office and intervened.

The accuser says that he immediately got away from the party and went home.

The plaintiff claims emotional distress and trauma and has demanded a trial by jury regarding his claims. He is seeking compensatory damages.

The latest lawsuits are drawn from what lawyers say are more than 100 accusers who are planning legal action against Combs.

Plaintiffs´ lawyer Tony Buzbee announced the planned litigation at an Oct. 1 news conference and posted a 1-800 number for accusers to call.

As before, Combs’ representatives dismissed the latest lawsuits as ‘clear attempts to garner publicity.’ They said Combs and his legal team ‘have full confidence in the facts, their legal defenses, and the integrity of the judicial process.’

Combs ‘has never sexually assaulted anyone – adult or minor, man or woman,’ they added.

In the lawsuits, it was alleged that the plaintiffs believed they had been fed drinks laced with drugs before they were assaulted.

Meanwhile, lawyers for Combs on Monday told the 2nd Circuit in a filing that he´ll renew his bail application before the lower court based on ‘significant changed circumstances.’

They said the issues include ‘constitutional concerns stemming from his conditions of confinement and evidence contained in recently produced discovery.’

In a filing last week, prosecutors told the appeals court that judges denied bail after evidence showed Combs ‘used methodical and sophisticated means to silence and intimidate witnesses throughout the racketeering conspiracy and during the Government´s investigation.’

Combs is currently in jail awaiting trial on sex trafficking charges.
