Wendy Williams ‘is selling ALL of the belongings in her $3m NYC penthouse ahead of a big cross-country move after her podcast launch was axed amid health concerns’

Wendy Williams is reportedly selling all of her belongings in her $3 million New York City apartment ahead of a big cross-country move.

The former Talk Show star, 58, has reportedly told pals she is eager to relocate to Los Angeles in early April, and has been planning to sell off her furniture.

It’s thought the items she’s planning to sell could include the iconic purple chair, which featured in her Hot Topics segment on her FOX chat show.

A source told The Sun: ‘Wendy has been calling people asking them to help sell all her stuff.

‘She is asking for recommendations on places that can sell furniture for you.’

Wendy’s fans may recognise the eclectic decor in her NYC home, after filming multiple episodes of her At Home series there during the Covid lockdown in 2020.

MailOnline has contacted representatives for Wendy Williams for comment.

In a recent episode of Naughty But Nice with Rob Shuter and entertainment reporter Delania Dixon, they offered insight into Wendy’s plans to relocate to LA.

Delania said: ‘She wants to do new projects.

‘She definitely is trying to move to Los Angeles. She wants to be there, basically within the next two to three weeks and she wants to get back on television. That’s where she was comfortable.’

‘Now, of course, I made the suggestion that we’d love to see her on a reality show just to see how she is putting her life back together as a single woman, what her next projects will be, but we’ll see what happens if she does one.’

It also comes after it was reported that Wendy’s podcast had been axed.

Sources close to the radio and TV veteran revealed to The Sun that she has told her friends, ‘there is no podcast.’

‘It’s strange, because she is saying there is no podcast, but is also telling people she’s going to return to TV. It’s hard to figure out what is based in reality,’ the source added.

The outing came just five months after leaving a rehab facility among a slew of health concerns.

The podcast still has an active official website and Instagram, which last posted on March 11 featuring a photo of Williams, though there is no indication about the launch.

Williams last spoke about the podcast in November 2022 when she claimed the podcast would debut, ‘in the next few weeks.’
