West Bromwich Albion are showing interest in Scotland centre back Jack Hendry.
The 26-year-old is joining Oostende in a £1.8million deal this week after they took up their option to buy him from Celtic after an impressive season on loan.
However, the Belgian club are open to making a quick profit on their investment and are willing to sell the stylish defender for around £5million.

New West Brom manager Valerien Ismael wanted Hendry at his former club Barnsley
Hendry’s form in Belgium last season earned him a call-up to Steve Clarke’s European Championships squad. He scored in a pre-tournament friendly against Holland and was in the starting line-up for their first match against Czech Republic.
Albion’s new manager Valerien Ismael is a confirmed admirer of 6ft 4ins Hendry and wanted him at Barnsley. He is keen to add a centre-back who is strong at bringing the ball out of defence.
Ismael is also considering a contract offer for his former Barnsley captain, midfielder Alex Mowatt, who is a free agent.
