Western Australian teenager warns about the ‘dangerous’ and dark reality of being an adult content creator in a small town

A teenager has detailed the dark side of being an X-rated content creator in a small country town.

Maddi Miller, 19, is from Western Australia and is in the top one per cent of creators on OnlyFans.

But the title has seen her cop criticism and judgment from locals in her town, as most are aware of her career in the industry.

Miller is now warning others about the danger of being so open on the internet.

‘If you’re doing OnlyFans or any kind of sex work in a small town, you need to be smart about it. It’s much easier here for your personal information to be found out and spread around,’ Miller told Perth Now.

‘I notice people pointing at me if I’m at the shops, and I’ve been approached at times. It’s hard because I don’t want my personal information out to the world.’

Miller said she is also targeted online.

One critic said her work is ‘fatherless behaviour’ while others have encourage her to quit while she’s still young.

Elsewhere, the tattooed blonde shut down a common stereotype OnlyFans creators.

‘If people know that you have an OnlyFans profile and then assume you must be “up for anything”, that’s not only inaccurate but dangerous,’ she said.

Miller recently endured a horrific moment during a recent camping trip with a group of friends.

Her getaway took a dark turn when one of the campmates began sharing her explicit content with other campers.

‘When I got there, I realised one person had subscribed to my OnlyFans account. They had been showing everyone my videos and joking about me behind my back,’ she said.

Ultimately, the model doesn’t recommend OnlyFans to people from a small communities and despite loving where she lives may move ‘to a different place one day’ after paying off her mortgage.
