During the first episode on Wednesday night, the 25-year-old caused a stir in the mansion after mysteriously developing a limp – prompting other contestants to wonder whether he was faking an injury for attention.

However, things became less clear during the next episode’s cocktail party when Jourdan suddenly emerged wearing a moon boot on the same leg that was apparently injured the previous night.
When asked by a surprised-looking Osher about what happened, Jourdan claimed that he had injured himself on the basketball court at the mansion.
A day after Thursday’s episode went to air, Warner Bros released a statement explaining how the injury occurred.
‘Jourdan was injured during a filming break while playing basketball with the boys in the mansion’, a representative told The Daily Telegraph.

However, as Jourdan began displaying a limp during the first cocktail party, could the ‘filming break’ have happened between multiple days of filming the first episode?
Indeed there is a precedent for cocktail party episodes to be shot over multiple evenings, according to a former contestant.
Former Bachelor star Tiffany Scanlon told Perth Now in April: ‘The first cocktail party was filmed over two nights and filming ran from about 9pm until 5am both nights.’
