Where’s Emma? Cody Simpson parties at 2am in an underground Paris bar… with no sign of his Olympic champion girlfriend

Cody Simpson was spotted partying it up at 2am in an underground jazz bar in Paris recently, but his partner Emma McKeon appeared nowhere in sight.

The popstar-turned-competitive swimmer, 27, shared several videos to Instagram on Tuesday as he brushed off his incredible vocal skills and hit the stage.

Serenading the crowd with a few Frank Sinatra covers, the singer looked to be in his element as he performed with a jazz band at the famed Le Caveau de la Huchette.

In the clip, Cody’s performance appeared to be impromptu as he could be seen reading lyrics off his mobile while singing.

Meanwhile, patrons of the bar crowded in front of the stage to take videos of the former hitmaker and sway to the smooth music.

His Olympic gold medallist girlfriend Emma, 30, couldn’t be seen in the crowd directly in front of the stage.

However, it’s possible she may have been elsewhere in the venue if she wasn’t resting following her huge success at the 2024 Paris Olympics.

Considered Australia’s most decorated Olympian, Emma upped her tally this last week when she won three medals in the pool ahead of her retirement.

Stepping out of the competitive pool for good on Monday night, Emma will return home with gold in the 4x100m freestyle relay and silver in the 4x100m medley.

She also won bronze in the mixed 4x100m medley relay.

Emma boasts an Aussie record of 14 Olympic medals and has bid farewell to competitive swimming on a huge high after her three 2024 medals in Paris.

After taking home a bronze, silver and gold at the Games, Emma marked her retirement and admitted she doesn’t know what the future holds for her now.

She has finished her storied Olympic career with an Australian record of six gold medals among her 14-medal collection, which includes three silvers and five bronze.

‘I definitely will miss it. It has brought me a lot of great relationships and great experiences and shaped me into the person I am,’ the triple Olympian said.

‘I will miss the training and the racing but I am definitely ready for the next part of my life which I am excited for.’
