A White Island volcano survivor has blasted a ‘d**khead’ who parked their luxury Mclaren 570S sports car over two disabled spots.

The high performance coupe, which starts at $395,000, was parked half-way over two disabled spaces at Chapel Street underground parking in Melbourne on Sunday at 3:30pm.

Stephanie Browitt, who survived New Zealand’s 2019 volcano disaster which killed 22 people, uploaded photos of the driver’s brazen park to social media.

‘This d**khead: 1. Parking in a disability spot when not disabled,’ she wrote.

‘2. But also having the audacity to park in 2 DISABILITY spots and blocking in another car who for all they know have someone in a wheelchair that now can’t get inside their car.

‘Just to save their precious Mclaren. Absolutely unbelievable.’

Ms Browitt said two hours later, at about 5:30pm, the car was still parked over the same two spots.

The 24-year-old said someone left a note on the car’s windscreen telling the driver to move the vehicle.

A car park attendant attempted to find the owner of the shiny blue sports car to no avail.

Social media users also slammed the driver as ‘very definition of selfish and stupid’.

‘All that money and no sense,’ one woman wrote.

‘What a self important jerk,’ wrote another.

‘Waste of a work of art on an actual piece of garbage,’ said a third.
